The Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) is held once a year in early spring (March - May). Elections to the board of Directors are held to elect 8 Directors each year. Nominations are to be submitted to the post office box at least 10 days before the AGM.

Please note our AGM for 2008 was at the Royal St. Lawrence Yacht Club in Dorval on the Thursday 3 2008 April. Next year AGM is set for Thursday April 2 2009 - Make plans to be there!
